What hardware do I need to use FleetOnAir?

Each vehicle needs a GPS tracking device. We offer plug-and-play OBD units for cars and wired trackers for trucks or heavy equipment. Devices can be bought or leased from us, starting at €21 for wired trackers and €28 for OBD units. If you already have compatible hardware (e.g., Teltonika, Queclink), you can use it with FleetOnAir.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. FleetOnAir runs on flexible monthly or annual subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without penalties. Annual plans come with discounts, but you’re never locked in.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No – there are no installation or onboarding fees. You only pay for the subscription and the GPS devices. All software updates, new features, and standard support are included in the price. Optional services like professional installation are available but not required.

How does billing and payment work?

You pay a fixed subscription fee per active vehicle, per month (or year). Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Invoices include VAT and automatically adjust if you add or remove vehicles.

Is there a free trial or demo available?

Yes. You can test FleetOnAir with a free trial (typically 14–30 days) for a few vehicles. We’ll provide loaner devices if needed, so you can evaluate the platform with no risk. You can also book a live demo at any time.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. Plans are fully flexible – you can switch from Basic to Pro or Enterprise, add vehicles, or change billing cycles whenever your needs change. There are no penalties or downtime.

Is there a warranty on the hardware devices?

Yes. All GPS devices we provide include a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects. If a device fails under normal use, we’ll replace or repair it at no extra cost, so your fleet stays online without interruption.
